Are you not finding information about how to activate your student account? Are you having issues connecting to Zoom or are you unable to see your course in Canvas? Do you need help connecting to the internet at the university? If so, you can contact LU Servicedesk to receive personal technical support.
Student support via Servicedesk and Zoom will be closed 20 December–2 January.
On Lund University’s website, you can find information about the IT services available to you as a student. Here, you can learn about what you can do with your student account, which software you can use for free as a student, and how to connect to the university’s wireless network.

You can also get personal technical support via LU Servicedesk. We do not have physical visiting hours, but you can send an email to servicedesk [at] lu [dot] se. Provide information about who you are and describe your problem, and we will forward the email to someone who can assist you. You can also get help via Zoom if you need to show your problem. There is self-service portal for frequently asked qusetions where you can find guides on, for example, how to use your student email or install software on your computer.
